About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working virtually in California.
I specialize in working with those navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. My ideal clients are individuals who feel stuck in patterns of conflict or emotional distress, couples looking to improve communication and intimacy, and families striving to create healthier dynamics and break unhelpful cycles.
My communication style is gentle, affirming, and deeply compassionate. I hope to help you challenge how you see things to reframe your narrative and experience. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
My experience consists of years working in crisis response, community mental health environments, and school-based intervention in addition to my private practice.
I have my Bachelor's degree in psychology and minor in Spanish from Santa Clara University and a Master's in clinical psychology with an emphasis of marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University. Following graduation, I obtained 3,000 hours of supervised experience and passed the California Law and Ethics exam and the Clinical Examination to obtain my license. My license number is LMFT 150616. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a belief in each person's capacity for transformation. I specialize in working with individuals who are ready to explore their inner world, understand their emotions more deeply, and break through the patterns that may be holding them back.
Looking forward to connecting with you.
