Individual Therapy

You make sense.

The anxiety, the overthinking, the self-criticism, the relational patterns — they all developed for a reason. In our work together, we slow down and get curious about the parts of you that learned to protect, perform, or withdraw.

Drawing from IFS, EFT, narrative therapy, and attachment science, I help emotionally intelligent adults move from insight to integration. We trace patterns back to their roots, bring compassion to younger parts of you, and gently reshape the stories that no longer serve you.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about creating enough safety — internally and relationally — for your truest self to lead.

Couples Therapy

Love doesn’t have to feel this hard.

The distance, the recurring arguments, the shutdown, the defensiveness — they didn’t appear out of nowhere. Most couples aren’t fighting about the surface issue. Beneath the conflict are hurt feelings, protective reactions, and a deep longing to feel seen, valued, and understood.

In our work together, we slow the pattern down. We look at what happens inside each of you when you feel criticized, rejected, overwhelmed, or alone — and how those reactions collide. Instead of debating who’s right, we focus on understanding the cycle that keeps you stuck.

This work is for couples ready to examine their own patterns with honesty and courage. Not to blame, but to understand. Not to win, but to reconnect.

Couples therapy isn’t about taking sides. It’s about creating enough emotional safety for vulnerability to replace defensiveness, clarity to replace confusion, and connection to feel steady again.

When you can recognize the pattern — and reach for each other differently within it — the relationship begins to feel like a team again.

Connection is possible.

Family Therapy

When one person struggles, the whole family feels it.

Helping families move from reactive to regulated.

The tension, the arguments, the disconnection, the acting out or shutting down — these patterns don’t exist in isolation. Families develop ways of coping over time, especially during stress, transition, or conflict. What may look like “the problem” is often a signal that something in the system needs attention.

In our work together, we slow things down and look at the bigger picture. We explore how each family member’s reactions, roles, and protective patterns interact — and how those interactions may be unintentionally reinforcing the cycle.

Family therapy isn’t about identifying a scapegoat or placing blame. It’s about increasing understanding, strengthening communication, and helping each person feel heard within the system.

This work is for families willing to approach one another with curiosity instead of criticism. When safety and clarity grow, new patterns can take root — ones built on steadiness, respect, and connection.

Start a new pattern; bring everyone to the table.

Fees

I have a limited amount of space for insurance clients. You may check the insurances I am in network with and my availability here.

Insurance participation requires therapists to disclose private client information, assign diagnoses, and meet criteria set by third-party payers in order to receive payment. I believe therapy should be shaped by the client—not by insurance policies. By working outside of these systems, clients retain control over their personal information, the pace and length of therapy, and the nature of their therapeutic work. For those who chose to work with me without insurance, I accept credit or debit card through a secure platform.

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients based on financial need. Please inquire about this.
